SHIPPING TIMES

  • If you need to receive your package on a specific date, you can always contact us; we will do our best to accommodate you! Otherwise, standard shipping times apply depending on your country.
  • For custom or made-to-order garments , shipping time depends on the creation process; contact us by email for more information.

PACKAGE INFORMATION

  • "Where is my package?" you ask? It can take between 1-2 weeks for us to prepare a package for international delivery of a ready-to-use item.
  • Once your order has been shipped from us you will receive an email with tracking information , after this point we do not know more than you please contact the delivery company.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on: Destination country/location Package size/weight/Selected shipping method.
    If there is no update available on the tracking information for more than 7 business days, please let us know.
    To locate a "lost" package, it can take several weeks. If for some reason the package is declared lost by the postal services in transit, they will issue a full refund according to the insurance policy selected at the time of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

  • If there is a major fault, we will accept returns of items: unwashed, unworn or unused, returned in the condition they were received for a refund (full or partial) of the product cost to your original payment method. Postage costs are not refunded.

For obvious hygiene reasons, returns and refunds of lingerie, bodysuits and socks are not accepted.

Please note: If a product arrives to us in poor condition for return, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the cost of sending the new product requested from our workshop.
  • For returning items, we must receive notification from you within 4 days of the date you received the package ; please contact us to discuss return options. We recommend that you opt for tracked shipping for your return. In fact, if the package is lost, we will not exchange or refund your order. (Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your returned product may vary.) Once your return is complete, you will receive an email notification with details according to the situation (product condition upon arrival).
    Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed in our facility after receipt. We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Product returns must be sent with your original order number and reason for return, along with proof of purchase.

The gift card will be added to your cart like any other product and you can pay for it as part of your order. The gift card code will be sent to your email address, giving you the option to either forward it to the recipient or print it out and hand-deliver it!
